Given the circumstance that everyone in america uses the N word so freely, do you think that just cause he is a public figure his show should be taken off. I honestly dont think they should and i honestly dont think the N word should be a bad word either, i know i dont get offended when they call me a Wet Back or Beaner etc. i think ppl need to lighten up and stop crying about stupid stuff like that and worry about real news like my brother at war right now. Tell me what you think.... "Bring Dog Back"

I totally agree when you say that we should be worried about your brother at war versus the high profile news of Dog saying the N word!!! Being that I am in the Army myself as well as an African American woman I can surely understand both sides of your question. My opinion on the Imus thing is that it was taken wayyy too far in my opinion. We are all entitled to say and feel however we want. At the sametime, I do agree that when you are in the limelight that you do not have that same right without major consequences. When I heard that some of the girls involved in the Imus thing wanted to sue because they felt as if his statement has "damaged" them for life, I found that very strange. If you can be so damaged from a statement made by a person on tv, well you weren't that strong of a person in the first place!!!!

I don't like the N word, period! It's ugly and has no good to it.

Like you, i let names roll of my back but most can not.
I don't care if Dog comes back on or not, i don't watch his shows but i did want to express my support for your brother right now and to say i'm proud of him for serving his country and allowing my children to sleep safely in their beds tonight.
I hope he comes home soon and safely.
