Go to Add/Remove Programs look for Starware entry. Select it and remove.

*These are all free programs all the time. All definition updates are free and removal of spywares is free...never a charge for removals.

Just run this:
superantispyware
http://www.superantispyware.com

Download it, install it, Update it, and then run it...

These are also good to have around and scan with:
Ad-Aware 2007 here:
http://www.lavasoft.com/products/ad_aware_free.php

SpyBot Search & Destory here:
http://www.safer-networking.org
--
After scanning, go to C:\> Program Files> Starware <--folder *Right click and delete the Starware folder.
---
**Warning-
Do not attempt to edit your registry (as suggested in other Answers), unless it has been fully backed up and you know exactly what you are doing!**
---
Hope this helps.

Use protection,
your computer will thank you.
