At the end of almost every movie credit. Like MMIIVIXII or what ever other numbers they put up?

In movie credits, it means the year the movie was released. Roman numerals were originally used to indicate that the number was an important number.

MCM = 1900

MM = 2000

The other figures indicate the year within the century indicated.

Roman numerals are not hard to figure out if you know the priniciple. For lots of sources, try an internet search on "Roman numbering system."
