Why would someone want to come to new hampshire when it was found by John Mason?

i have a project to do and i need to pretend i'm john mason and i'm tryin to get peoply to come to my colony,so i need to know what's something that is special about new hampshire so i can state that that in ads(ex. maybe mason gave free land away or there was religious freedom)

also if you know what type of government they had in this colony

The Council of New England granted him the land. He was a military hero in Connecticut fighting Peqout Indians. It was the best land available at the time.
The government was dominated by the Masonian Proprieters a group of Portsmouth men defending their property rights.
