Do something you enjoy. It is good to exercise but if you hate it is isn't going to relax you. Some things are : Go for a walk or run, sit on your deck with a glass of wine. Go to dinner with a friend, take a warm bubble bath, meditate or even sit back with a pint of Ben and Jerries ice cream

Wine is good, a hot bath/shower is good. The massage idea is good and so is sex. (You could also masturbate.) I also think you should check out some comedians on YouTube. Take a look at Kathy Griffin, Lavell Crawford, Mo'nique, Billy Crystal, Richard Pryor, Ellen DeGeneres, Robin Williams, etc., etc., etc.

Take a long hot shower. As simple as it sounds, showers are one of the few things that are both relaxing and energizing at the same time. You can close your mind to all thoughts and just concentrate on the sound of the water and the scent of that yummy shower gel (if you choose to use one).

In this order: a light workout (20-30 minutes), a hot shower and wearing comfortable clothes afterwards, couple nice beers (e.g. Heineken), dinner w/ a good show or movie, and going to sleep in clean sheets.

answers, listen to music, read a book, have a nice meal, take a nap, play some video games, watch some tv, talk to your friends, exercise, take a nice hot bath, walk you dog, sit down and daydream, cook, try on some new outfits, look through things from your past like old yearbooks.

Your favorite music, glass of wine, and a hot bubble bath. If you're not old enough to drink then make a coke float. You can never go wrong there. Bottom line. TREAT YOURSELF.
