F/4.5 = e^t
ln (F/4.5) = t ln(e) = t
t = ln(F/4.5) = ln(F) - ln (4.5)
t ~ ln(F) - 1.5
Therefore there is a one-to-one correspondence for the function for all t > 0 (domain).

Nothing funny going on. It's all of the reals.

The range, on the other hand, is only the positive reals.

the domain should be all reals. That is negative infinity to positive infinity
