Your parents or a concerned relative/friend can file a missing persons report regardless of age, as long as you have been missing for 48 hours. A parent can file a runaway/vagrancy report on their children up to the age of 18.

A missing persons report can filed for anyone who is missing for more the twenty-four hours regardless of age.

You could be considered a run-away depending on your state's laws and anyone you are staying with could be charged with kidnapping if the police find you with them. This really totally depends on what your state's law and the interpretation of your state's law is.
