Does anyone in that section have dementia? If so, don't put anything that looks like food. Other than that, your imagination is the only limit!

Their not kids who swollow things, so how bout traditional? A bow with little bows. But not too much. Like 10.

Decorate it with tongue depressors, thermometers, pill cups, any thing medical.
