marching in a long parade. NEED ENERGY!!?

veteran's day parade is coming up and i have to march holding a rifle for color guard

it is 12 pounds(it may not appeal heavy, but it is)
the parade is about 2 hours long
is there liike some super stamina bar or something?
no steriods please
does redbull work?

Drink lots of water, and try a Power Bar, it's all natural energy.
