i live in utah, and have since i was 9, the reason our schools are so poor, is because of the average family size in this state, i have 2 kids and that is considered a small family, most of my kids' classmates have 3-5 brothers and sisters, my daughter has a friend who is one of 11 kids! the people here reproduce like jackrabbits, it's insane!
