I am having an event with some celebrities. I am not paying them to come but I am doing tons of PR with their name on fliers, radio, magazines, etc. What type of legal contract do I need stating that if they do not come then they owe me money? Also is there a way that I can find this contract online and then just change it around that way I don't have to pay any lawyer fees?? Thanks..

The celebrities have already agreed to sign a contract since I am putting their names on all the PR.

This is not for a charity event. This has to do with a music producer and a clothing line designer.

Ask the agents for the celebrities for their standard appearance contracts.

I am asumming they are doing this for charity then? If so call a few law offices and see if they will donate there time to help with the contracts for you. Also check out your local legal aid office too at the court house I am sure they can point you in the right direction.

"What type of legal contract do I need stating that if they do not come then they owe me money?" - A non-existing contract. No celebrity is going to sign a contract like that.

When events like this are advertised they normally state "scheduled to appear" because schedules change.

There are some hypertechnical differences between the two, yet no remember the variety you slice it, the important element is the respond to the question "what happens in the event that they do no longer do what they promised to do?" the respond to which would be a similar in spite of no remember if the wording is "will", "shall", or perhaps "gonna", as long because it incredibly is a sparkling promise to accomplish.

You can't do that. No celebrity will sign it. But don't worry. Celebrities rarely flake.

Do anything you want, because none of them will sign it.
