i want a cuter look but what should i do like what style and hair style i want every thing new.

I think a hairstyle that you would totally rock is choppy side swept bangs. Keep the rest of your hair the same length but maybe add some layers. Buy a straightner and you will have totally awesome hair.
I dont know your clothes style but accessories totally make the outfit...For example i like the surfer look so i wear a shell choker. If you like y get big hoops. Not too big though. Bracelets are always good.
Also dont over-do it with the make-up. Some eyeliner, lip gloss, and maybe eyeshadow right above the lash-line

I say to use slightly lighter eyeshadow and put some lipgloss on. An for your hair is to mak it curlier on the ends i think they would compliment your earings

maybe you should lighten your hair a little bit. it would really make you look like scarlett johansson! hahaha! i mean, that should be a compliment, even though i dont know if you think she is pretty. also you can maybe curl your hair or something. you already look very cute, so dont worry about it :)
