I'm 16, but I'm not happy most of the time, partly because of my mom, partly because I feel an inadequacy in just about everything. I don't want to sound like the norm with "low self-esteem" problems because I know how tiresome that can get listening to, but I feel just so... mediocre. I'd been promised so many things, or at least have attempted to reach certain goals, and yet I'm either hearing more false promises, or getting the kind of feedback that kills the inspiration in me. I usually resort to my horse books or music CDs, other times I don't even like looking at them because they remind me too much of what I can't have. I've often been called a great artist, smart, that type of thing. I don't know. I'm just hardly ever happy anymore.

Mostly.

I could do without the 20 mile brutal commute each way and would far rather be learning about what it means to manage a relatively large amount of personal wealth than sitting in my fabric covered box each day. However, in the things that really matter, I am quite content.

Yeah, yeah I guess I am. In general I mean, right now I'm a bit "oof" because I'm meant to be writing an essay for tomorrow and I'm completely stuck - well, more of a lack of motivation really.
But yeah I'm pretty happy thank you, I have a lot to look forward to.

Normally, I am happy and at peace with myself. But recently, not really. I live in a city I hate, so that makes me sad. When I move back to L.A. I will be happy, for sure!

i'm a naturally happy person, even when things go bad, I tend to be naturally happy. so that's kind of bad when I have to say that lately i'm not very happy. I'm having a hard time, cause i'm out of work with an injury, and my job is threatening to fire me.

i can find my happiness if I really want to say "I'm happy"
also, a small thing like seeing a shooting star makes me happy...

but the reality.. if having a lots of money and satisfy with my love life and working situation, I'm not that happy YET...

Yeah, I am. There's always little things out there that I would change, but for the most part, I'm as happy as I've ever been. =)

For the most part yes, indelibly... But there is only one thing that would put me on Cloud Nine... And I think it will come soon enough. :-)

Are you happy, ma dear?
