well my house was raided by the police but i was never charged with anything. because there wasn't any drugs (thats what they were looking for) and they keep my house computer, my laptop, and my digital camera.

Not enough information. Depends on why it was seized, and if you are found guilty of whatever they accused you of.
It has probably been auctioned, but it also sounds like they had no justification for keeping it. I would call them and tell them that you want your stuff. If they say that they do not have it, I would contact a free-consultation attorney and find out if you have a case (even if small claims) and get your stuff back.

depending what state u live in if it is involved in an on going court case u have to waite till it is over then u can get it back
most of the time everything is sold at an action once a year
u have to check with your local pigs

Things that are legal like cars, boats, etc. are auctioned off. It's a great place to buy a used car for super cheap. I assume they must do similar things with electronics.

They are held in evidence and examined by detectives or specialists. If the item is not illegal it is returned once it is no longer needed as evidence.
You have to request the items be returned to you.

Some times like with car, funiture ect they sell them but will guns and other metal object they melt them down for the steel.
