I am in Great Yarmouth and we have had loads of flood warnings from messages on the mobile to several phone calls and a visit by a police officer with a scarecrow police officer (community support officer to you) They were all very nice but we decided not to worry and went to bed, slept like a log went out at 7 this morning to check the tide level. Very dramatic but not high enough to cause a problem. No post yet. I wonder if the sorting office is flooded.

It's been pretty windy all day but luckily we're not near the sea in S. Yorks. Fingers crossed for everyone living near the coast, will be thinking of them including you of course !

Tatts, just said on the news they're evacuating people, so if you don't get a knock on the door stay in the house, preferably upstairs, I'm sure you'll be fine

Not quite a tidal wave, but there may be flooding. It's dry here in London, we had that squall line pass over us this afternoon though.
