Has somebody ever been murdered where you live?

Yes. A few years ago there was a family living around the corner consisting of mother, father and two sons. One of the sons went to a local college and always looked scruffy, like 'a bag of washing' I used to say. Eventually he got his own flat. His mother worked in the checkout at Tesco's, a very attractive blonde lady aged about 40. One day he came home and asked her to wash his clothes. She asked him to wait a few minutes until the washing machine was emptied and he went berserk. He got a hammer from the toolbox and smashed her head in. When his father heard the noise he came into the room and he was hit too although he survived. I saw the guy walk past my house and though nothing of it. A few minutes later he rang the police from a nearby telephone box and a few minutes later an ambulance and police cars arrived. We saw them take his father out in a wheelchair and his mother's body on a stretcher. The son was still in the call-box when the police arrested him and after being tried was found to be criminally insane and is now in a secure mental institution. Apparently he does not remember what he did.

I stay close to a township (ghetto) so we hear shoot outs now and then. we've not been puzzled however. I rather have seen somebody get murdered as quickly as atleast Im effective they died. I heard a poor tale the day gone by approximately somebody I is familiar with chum. I won't proportion it however reason it disturbed me slightly. there have been extra suicides in my neighbourhood that i individually comprehend of than murders

By that you mean in my street or within miles from my street ?
In my street, NO. Within miles from my street YES, in London a few times already only in the last few weeks.

That must have been quite the reality check for you and those in your area.
There have been a few times when I've witnessed people being stabbed or shot (in the wrong place at the wrong time - usually bars, that's why I dont' do that scene anymore).
Just last week there was a girl that was raped a few blocks from my place.
Crime is very real. It's sad that it seems to be everywhere. Wish we could just live in peace...

Wow, sorry to hear it!

No one has been murdered here, ever. Well - I hear that many years ago a farm wife fell down an old well about a mile from here, and died. The husband was suspected of throwing her down there by some, but he was never arrested.

I made the sorry mistake of buying a house "in the heart of gangland". At least that's what my insurance agent told me. People were killed all the time. A bunch of punk kids beat a homeless man to death to get a pocket full of loose change from picking up empty cans.
We decided to move when our windows got shot out in a drive by.

yeah, i live like a half an hour away from baltimore.
so i hear about murders everynight. lol.
prettyyy scary.
yeah this one murder was across the street from my bff old house. the girl went to go babysit for this guy she didn't know and he raped and hung her from the staircase.
pretty gruesome.
it was like 8 years ago or something.

Yeah it has happened where I live at, but my neighborhood is so nice. A while back a man ran down his wife and kids with his truck. Someone got either shot or stabbed over money they didn't pay someone back. But other than that it is vert quiet here. No one has ever been murdered right where I live at just close by in the same city.

Last year a girl was murdered 2 houses down from mine. It was someone she knew.

Yes, where I used to live, a child got shot by a gang member, and recently, I found out that a guy I went to grammar school with killed his daughter. Both very sad times.
