I like my songs to be the best quality i can get them but if i can't tell the difference what should i do?

i listen to them mostly on my pc

If you can't tell the difference it could mean one of two things - either your speakers aren't good enough quality themselves to be able to dicern between a lower and higher quality, or that the higher quality is simply unnecessary. If you're happy with the lower quality one then why get the higher quality if it's just wasting space?
