What exactly is the course like after the Junior cert leading up to Leaving Cert?
Is it mosly social, physical or economic geography?
Is the course interesting or a disappointment?
How is geography in college?

Geography programs vary from college to college. At most you can select a concentration of your choice *and* take courses in a wide variety of subject areas. Geography in college is excellent, and full of students who really love the subject (very few people pick it at random; people take it because they love it).

There is also Cultural Geography, Cartography and others. (I forgot all the courses I took in college.) If you enjoy geography, you will enjoy geography in college even more.
