Approx. what percentage of the female population is 5'10" or taller?

I heard the other day that only like 2% of the female population of the world is at least 5'10" but that seemed very innacurate. I can't find anywhere on the web so far any statistics but I wondered if someone could give me some help-And if you could state a source that would be great! Thank you so much!
