Can I get my permit early because his driver licnence is suspended cause of parilosis. So he need a shoufer to take him places. I live in Oregon. Where would I go to do it?

Yes, in Oregon you can get a limited (day light only and under 20 miles a day) driver's license early (14) if you can show a serious need. Go to your nearest DMV office and find out.....or call them.

This is called a hardship license. You will need to prove the necessity for it and it will limit you to driving only in performance of those duties necessary. Check the DMV website for info on obtaining this.

yes, its even easier in organ than California. the dmv will help you. but i hear its not fun going about getting it.
