That would assume that someone in the US Central Bank has the intelligence and forethought to actually do that.

I'm gonna hafta go with "No" on that one.

This Administration and it's appointees can't seem to manage to actually achieve anything on purpose. And when you ask them about it, they can't remember--If the Beloved Leader lets them testify at all.

So, my guess would be no.
