The proponents of globalization and so called "free" trade. But there is another aspect to this that is not as readily apparent. Now that Communist China will have more weapons, guess who will be clamoring for more weapons to keep a step ahead of them. Bingo ! you got it, the very same people who were proponents of trading with the chinese regime and making them rich. Say hello to a new arms race, and more profits for free traders and the military industrial complex.
Notice how convenient how it works out that the very same people who benefit from the problem tend to help create it? (see Iraq Fiasco)
