What are the qualifications for tenncare to pay for breast reduction?

My doctor has given me the ok but how do I find out the qualifications? Has anyone had tenncare pay if so what do I do.

I would contact Americhoice or Americare directly. I know those are the two health programs that Tenncare goes through nowadays. I would think it would have to be medically necessary and pose an indefinite threat to your well being in order for them to cover it. Best of luck!
