Henry was one of the top liberal politics contributors in this section of the forum.
Politcally, I disagree with him on almost everything.
However, I have come to respect him more.
I presume that he had his account suspended unfairly too.
Why is that?
Henry wasn't the troll kind.
This is getting to be outrageous.
Liberals, I'm defending Henry F.Y.I.
GOD BLESS AMERICA!

Probably for the same reason the rest got suspended. He questioned Yahoo's policies. I saw him stick up for those who were suspended. Yeah, I was as surprised as heck that he did, since I almost have always disagreed with his politics, but he stood up, knowing something wasn't right, what Yahoo was doing.
This is no longer a Conservative issue. It is now ALL of us against Yahoo. Finally, I see something Libs, and Cons can agree upon, and work together to change!
Until more folks are aware of what has, and is happening, however, a boycott on Yahoo won't work, as a solution. People have to care first, and also be informed. The only way to do that, is to remain in the Lions Den (Yahoo), and inform, inform, inform. I starred your question, and lets hope many other do, so they can see whats going on too, and your list. Let's keep posting as well, when another is suspended, as I suspect Henry VIII won't be the last!

This certainly appears to be targeting! I find it very hard to believe that these folks, almost all upper levels and/or 'Top Contributors' suddenly violated the Guidelines en masse.
A couple of other suspensions:
-- ArgleBargleWoo (Lvl. 6 - 7221 Answers, 10% Best)
-- Robert P (Lvl 4 - 1102 Answers, 10% Best)
There is a Yahoo Group, Concerned Yahoo Members, that deals with 'report button' abuse and the 'Troll Patrol'. Here's a link to that group:

What a shame. Ht8 was no doubt a centrist voice that frequently let me know when I had gone to far with sarcasm or offensive posting.
He was a true mainstay to this Internet location (obviously not a forum)
As a independent I admit I have poked at the extremes on both sides. But I know the difference between a piece of paper and the US Constitution.

Shall I write my own epitaph now?
That's ok. I just answered one that said over a million are on line v. Clinton elsewhere... I will be wanted there ! Web audience as a dual sword... yes !
And one also that said where to go to chat properly ... with Yahoo Customer stuff...
Personally I never followed many rules myself. School of hard knocks life taught me this fight is a lose lose battle.
edit: Kudos for the rebound... and to others :) check out your stars today you will find one... STAY safe !

That is puzzling. I've got to ask, and don't read to much into it because it's an honest question, but how do you always know who's been suspended? Yesterday I found out about Suthrn and Brian from one of your questions, and today Henry VIII- how can you tell?

Some people have said it's political, I think it's just trolls reporting people for kicks, and laughing when people get banned.
Edit: This isn't the only section with this problem, it even happens in polls and surveys, which is a rather calm section of YA.

I noticed a few people seem to have been unfairly suspended and mostly those who actually answer questions rather than sling insults and argue. Why get rid of those whom actually come here to answer and not argue it boggles the mind? This forum seems to get more pathetic on a daily basis.

GBA/AL, Like you, I was impressed by Henery Vlll answers, and thought fullness. Not his political leanings, but he, like several other liberals, always presented an informative, thought provoking answer.
Is this "madness" going to continue??
YES, Liberals, I have always 'fought' for your right to be "wrong" NO PUN INTENDED !!!!!!!!!!!
As I see it, if YOU can not voice YOUR opinion, then neither can I. TIT FOR TAT .
I have received 2 violations today, for two questions that I thought were mundane.
