I know this is a really weird question. But I have to do it for an essay in school. How would I finish these sentences:

-Cliff knows all about Anita _________ with the Rivetti brothers.

In the sentence above, I'm trying to say how Cliff knows about Anita sleeping with the rivetti brothers. But how would you call it? You wouldn't call it an affair would you? But could you give me another word for it?

Isn't it funny that everyone's answers have to do with Anita's misbehavior and especially that it comes from a school essay question. Why don't you fool everyone and say Anita's business dealings or something clean.

"Sleeping with" is about as delicate as you can put it.

Just about all the alternatives come out coarser:

"sleeping with" is fine. It is a standard, accepted, well-understood English expression that explains what you intend.
