Head aches, rapid weight gain, increased eating, and feeling crappy can be caused by stress. Or a cold coming on. Or new PMS symptoms which you will still get and still develop new ones on the pill.
Its doubtful, but its not impossible.

If you are really good at taking your birth control when you are suppose to then I would say it is probably the birth control giving you these symptoms. Increased appetite, weight gain, headaches and nausea are all side effects for most b/c. If you want a peace of mind take the test.

I personally think you are overreacting, most women don't just start gaining a bunch of weight when they get pregnant. Usually women lose weight in the first trimester. I'm almost 10 weeks and have only gained 3 lbs. Did you just get on the bc? When i first got on bc, the first couple of months it made me sick and gave me headaches and increased my appetite, then after a few months it died down as my body got used to it.

How long have you been on the pill, and are you taking it correctly?
While nothing is 100%, birth control is generally very effective when taken correctly. It's not unusual when manipulating your hormones to feel the consequences of that, and also premenstrual symptoms are very similar to pregnancy symptoms. Many women also gain weight on BCPs.
But yeah, there's no way to tell based on your symptoms. You have to test.

Sorry, I know you don't want to hear it, but you need to take a test to find out. I got pregnant while on birth control pills, so yes, it can still happen.
