I am 15 years old. I am 5'3". The highest i ever touched was 9'6", but i can regularly touch 9'4". I can palm the ball. But I also have Osgood Sch latter disease in both of my knees.

Will I ever dunk a 10 foot basketball rim?

Obviously work your calves, however, power cleans will have you jumping through the roof.

At 15, you might still grow a few inches, so who knows?

It will take more than just another 6 inches of vertical leap to be able to dunk the ball.

But keep in mind that there is no such thing as impossible with hard work, determination, and passion.

Maybe if you grew about another foot or so. Till then just be happy you can palm the damn ball.
