Both are delicious but, KFC is now cooking w/ oil that has zero trans fats per serving. Trans fats are so horrible for you and should be avoided whenever possible. Keep in mind KFC says it contains zero trans fat per serving but what do they consider a serving. I know when I go to KFC I eat more than one or two piecies of chicken, plus the potatoes bisquit coleslaw. But, at least KFC chains are getting rid of their bad cooking oil.

KFC!!! Better tasting chicken. Churche's is just fried and I think its more gross.

KFC, because they put addictive chemicals in it that make you crave it fortnightly!!! Plus it's REALLY tasty.
