My friend was born in Paragould, Arkansas...And needs to get a Birth Certificate...Who can I contact online to discuss getting one...Such as the state, city, hospital...I didn't find any links when went under Arkansas....All detailed help will be truly appreciated....

You need to find out which county Paragould is in and then contact the county recorder's office in the county seat courthouse to get a birth certificate. Proper identification will be needed. More than likely, they will have a form that needs to be completed.

You need to contact the county clerk's office in the county where she was born. You'll probably have to call; not many clerk's offices handle transactions like that over the phone. They'll probably charge a small fee as well.

go to your home town at the county seat and apply for berth papers and dont stay to long couse its not home any more its not the same hy your a big girl now
