The only kind of "live" views you can get are through webcams. Right now, there are no live satellite images available to regular users -- you have to be with the CIA or a friend of Dick Cheney.

There are no live views available on Google Earth, just the old satellite compiled pictures. Usually live views are reserved for the military, law enforcement, etc.
