I am very rarely lost for words. I was going to say that I'm never lost for words but that would be inaccurate as there have been the odd occasion when I haven't felt like talking but usually, I am incredibly verbose. so much so that all my colleagues have my full permission to tell me to shut up when they have had enough.

With non verbals, Such as smile facial expression, hugs, kiss, handshake, or I even say Hum. Oh, A huh, type of stuff.
