When I'm feeling exuberant, I'll mix up a Singapore Sling.
But most of the time, I'll just go for a Scotch and Ginger. I use my favourite 12 year old Scotch and real ground up ginger in soda water.

I can't remember what it is called but it is made with fresh blackberries, gin and soda water. Very refreshing and fabulous!
