I'm going out on a limb here, but I'd say maybe you could write it yourself?
Do you realize how short a 350-word essay is? About 10 times the size of your question here. Jeez, ten sentences.

There is a lot of places you can get one. But a word of warning: when I was in grad school, a lot of my fellow grad students had as part of their job running papers through a computer program that looked through the internet for any similar papers worded the same.
Computer programs now do the hard work for teachers in finding plagerism, so a lot more teachers are checking. Be careful or you may end up with an "F"

You need to know proper way to write and essay.. if it is 5 para then find 3 negative effects
(1) Health problem - addiction, accidents, blah blah.. search more...
(2) Change in attitude: person becomes more aggressive...
