What is the earliet a woman can go into labor without it being considered a miscarriage? I've heard of one woman going into labor at six months. The oldest mother was 65 when she had a baby. Source: Guinness World Records 2007.

You are obiously a troll.... your attention getting schemes are sad. I read more of your older posts and now I see that not only are you pretending to be pregnant (you can't be pregnant 3 times in 3 months) at the age of 12 with twins triplets and quads but, now I see that you've also claimed to be a boy and your claiming that you have actually already given birth to a full term baby before your many miscarriages.

Your continuously playing on peoples emotions in order to get people to respond to you and feel sorry for you. You also claimed to be in "love" with this guy from England while you were in the midst of yet another miscarriage.

I urge anyone that is even tempted to answer this kids questions please read her other questions first.

To lie is one thing but, to fake birth and miscarriages is despicable. I do feel sorry for you Ms. Born again b/c it's obvious that you crave sympathy and attention but, please stop pulling people in with things like miscarriage and brain tumors (yes folks, she has also played the tumor and cancer card). I have lost a baby and it crushed me.... I have no tolerance for people that lie about such a thing.

I think it depends on if the baby is able to breath outside the womb, even with help. My son was born at 20 weeks (5 months). He was able to take one breath so they listed him as a non-viable male on the death certificate. I am not sure if there is a time line for when a preterm birth is considered a miscarriage and when it is considered still-birth or death at birth.

Basically, barring exceptional circumstances, the longer the gestation, the greater the chances of the baby's survival. Having said that, there are many babies who do survive when born at very early gestations, thanks to the wonders of medical advancement. My friend had to deliver her baby at 28 weeks (full gestation is approx 40) as a result of a ruptured placenta and her baby is now a healthy and strong baby of 5 mths. I am grateful that we live in Australia where this kind of medical care is widely available.

up to 22 weeks it is called miscarriage, after that it is preterm labor, although its not until 24 weeks when there is really much hope of the baby surviving.
