Can someone explain all the steps I would have to go through to copy a folder to a USB flash drive? I have never used them before.

Ok, first plug in the drive to a usb slot in front or back of comp, then click on "my computer" and make sure that the computer has accepted it. Then double click on the removable drive to open it, have your folder on the desktop, or in an open window, then click on it, and drag it into the removable drives window, release the button, and it should transfer into the jump drive.

put in the USB Drive, then find the folder you want. Next, either right click and hit send to and click the USB (it will be something like removable disk E) or copy, go to my computer and click the USB Drive and hit paste.

USB Flash pressure is purely use for storage of your documents. you won't be able to set up any application on your Flash pressure. you should get an more suitable hard disk or both (harddrive and USB flash pressure) because you're planning to position in a tax application. it must be elementary that you should move report from one pc to a special.
