YES! I am terrified of spiders, and it doesn't make any difference if the spider is poisonous or safe. I don't like them! Last year, I found a huge, but harmless house spider under my pillow! I killed the spider, but couldn't find the body, so I wasn't sure if it was really dead. I slept on the couch that night. Later, I moved the furniture, and sure enough, it was dead under my nightstand. I shudder just thinking about it.

Nope, I have over 40 tarantulas and several other creepy crawlies and I'm not afraid of them at all.. Fear of something like that is pretty silly and something people should try to get over.. The only reason you're afraid of it is because some other little girl or boy in school or your parent told you to be afraid of something utterly harmless.. That's awfully silly..

Yes, I have seen some with real thick bodies. They look mean!!! And, what about the guy sitting in the tub with 85 rattle snakes to break some record? i would have had a heart attack!!

I thought i was'nt scared of spiders...especially tarantulas as i held one and thought i was all big and cool cos i held a big spider...then when i went to buy one just yesterday and wen the store manager got it out i just couldnt handle it lol...so i walked out with a corn snake hatchling : )

No, and I'm the only one in my household is is not afraid of them. My husband and daughters are terrified of them. If I know they are not venomous, I will actually pick them up with my bare hands and take them outside. Otherwise, I'll get a container and capture them that way.

Not run away screaming scared, but jump out of my seat swiping at myself to get it off and squash it scared. Don't like any bugs that take to walking on me.
