I went to the mall yesterday with my mom, and she prodded me like crazy to get them threaded at this little stand. I was untrusting as the girl's herself were so thin, and she said she wouldn't do the same to mine! So against my will and better judgement, they got done and they are sooooo skinny now, they used to be so full. I'd never had them done before, and she just butchered them all away. I feel bald. It was awful and I cried, does anybody know if they will ever grow back? Thanks.

yes they will grow back. the only way the hair won't grow back is if you do like laser or electrolysis. Or wax/tweeze it for years and years. Give it a couple weeks and they should be OK. If you are really insecure about it, use a powder eyeshadow close to your hair color and you can fill it in a bit.

This is exactly why I usually have a professional at a salon do WAXING. I think it is way more precise than threading and they do a much better job.

Of course, they will grow back ! There is a hair pattern where the hair follicles are that form the eyebrow...unless they have been damaged permanently...(threading does not damage these hair follicles) they will grow back..you will have to be patient though. Oh, and think twice about having it done there again...I would have gone back and demanded my money back! Too thin and crooked??? I would not have paid in the first place...that is ridiculous!

yes they will grow back. And yourve been so used to have full eyebrows that these probably arent as skinny as what you think. And in a few days time you'll probably find that you like them better this way.

It'll grow back. No worries. Threading isn't permanent. And yeah, NEVER get your eyebrows done by a person whose eyebrows you don't like. I learnt that lesson, too.

(gasp!) They'll grow back, just be patient. For future reference: say NO to those eyebrow threading kiosks at the mall... Just because those girls work at an "eyebrow shaping" stand, doesn't mean they know how to do it.

uuuugh.

wow that will suck for a while!!!

full brows are IN right now too. mind you not the uni-brow. but fuller brows - they represent youth. thin eyebrows make ppl look old - like old age.

hopefully they'll grow back.

Ugh. My husband got me that as part of a spa package for Christmas. I wouldn't do it again. But yes, they grow back!
