It is very hard to asses your case because to be able to answer correctly there needs to be allot more information. Some of this information had to do with in who's custody are the children now? Do you have shared custody with the father? If you do then here comes another issue. Why? Why do you want full custody. This is what a Judge will ask you. You will have to give evidence to show that this deserves merit. Some reasons could be if the father is abusing the children. If the father is a drug and alcohol addict and can cause harm to the children, etc.......Remember that there needs to be more than I just don't like the father. There needs to be proof that being in his presence the children are in danger.

I would imagine that the answer would depend heavily on if the mother had given birth to that child, and if one or both are in Oregon currently.

From your question, none of even that is obvious to us.
