I play WoW as a gnome rogue. I like rogues a lot but I'm thinking about changing to a healing class. What are the best classes after lvl 20? lvl 30? lvl 40?

All classes are great at 70 (or 60 without the expansion pack), so it's really just a matter of what you like.

Healing classes ... I think druids are really fun. Aside from the fact that they can heal, cat form is pretty similar to being a rogue so you would feel at home playing one. The best healer is a priest, of course, and playing one in shadow form is great; you don't heal, but you do a lot of damage. I have a level 70 shaman who I love; she's fully resto specced, and I do the healing on our guild runs. I never really got into paladins (highest I ever leveled with one was 20) because I found them to be kind of confusing; they have probably the highest learning curve.

I think one of the most fun classes to play, that is not a healing class, is a mage. My frost mage can kill anything before it ever touches her, and elites are no problem at all.

Theres no such thing as a best class. Take all rogues into an instances, I hardly doubt the group will make it to boss. Take all warriors into instance, samething with rogues. Only class that may be able to make it to a boss in any instance may be Paladins (you get healers and melees. Look for a video of Paladins almost clearing Kharazan). It depends what environment you talking about and what job. PVP or PVE, and Healer/Tanker/Damage. There is a best for each of these, but there is no such thing as best overall.

My widespread character in the game is the DK intense Lord Margraine till now he turns solid. That guy replace into completely badass in the 1st 5 lvls of DK training with the full be conscious destruction and stuff. surely my widespread character.
