You're looking at a very nebulous 'honor' here. Are you looking for the realtor who had the most LISTINGS closed? (Those listings might have been sold by OTHER realtors who found the buyers.) Are you looking at dollar volume or units closed ? I gather you are looking for the realtor who finds ways to get the deal done. Be cautious. Many who have such an honor get there by convincing you to accept an offer for less than you need to.

You should specify whether you want most units or highest dollar volume. Lots of agents call themselves “Number One” without qualifying what they’re “best” at.

Contact any agent and ask that question. Don't let them talk you into anything and if they say "fee", hang up and call another one.
