Can you have a baby on harvest Moon rune factory?

I have never played this game and i am just wondering if you can or not.

Yes, after you marry your wife will have a child 1 year (I think, it might just be one season) after you marry her.

I know this triggers a end credits sequence, and I am not sure if you are allowed to continue to play after wards like you are after you finish the last dungeon.
