Well I told him that I am not ready to be in a relationship but we are good friends. He usually expresses his feeling though but now he told me that maybe we are not meant to be. I like him a lot but I don't want to be in a relationship due to school (college) and I never had a boyfriend. I used to being single I don't express my feeling as much as he does. Do you think he is right? Do you sense when you are meant to be and are you usually right?

He doesn't want to be friends anymore but he says it will be tough.

The guy obviously has feelings for you and took your "not ready to be in a relationship" as a rejection. For you to be in college and never have been in a relationship indicates you run from being intimate with anyone. I hate to say this, but this is not normal. Now, if you just do not like him and cannot view him as a boyfriend, then that is understandable. Also, if you are in college and just do not have the time to commit to a relationship, then that is another thing. But to say you never had a boyfriend is strange. No one to judge, you probably have your reasons, just not the norm, that is all.

That's odd... most of the people on here don't want to have a relationship with a friend...

And this guy doesn't want to be friends unless he is in a relationship...

unless.. does he feel relationship = sex?

well the only thing he can do is respect you or move on. If you don't want to be in a relationship, don't make someone pressure you either.
