My boyfriend of 8 mos broke up w/ me because there are rumors going around amongst his friends that I said certain things about him and his family. These girls obviously don't like me. He's seems to be taking their side because he says he's known them longer. And I say, I'm his girlfriend and I'm telling the truth on the matter. Is he being fair?? Him taking their side makes him as low as they are....righ???

if your boyfriend cannot trust you, then he is not the guy for you... sometimes boys can be stupid and immature and will do anything anyone says (especially by other girls)... hopefully these other girls will not bother you, but if they do, then tell a guidance counselor or someone. but most of all, you know that you did not do anything and that his friends probably wanted to get rid of you ,but do not worry because karma is a *itch.

I think that is wrong of him of taking their side because if you guys have gone out for 8 months then he should really know u and trust u. I think that the other girls are just jealous of you. I think that you should talk to ur boyfriend and try to explain to him that the rumors are not true.

If he chooses to believe the word of his friends over his girlfriend of 8 months then I would be angry too. Did he not even ask you if these rumours were true??? If he is so quick to believe you would say things about him and his family behind his back then obviously he doesn't trust you so you are better off without him.

They're jealous and the fact is that IF you didn't say what they supposedly said you said they're just trying to break you up with him so one of them can go out with him.
Also, him believing them means that he didn't trust you much to begin with and it's probably best that you aren't together if he's going to believe what people say without giving you a chance to explain.

No he isn't being fair rumors are rumors and that's is horrible he would break up with you over something so stupid you are his girlfriend and he should trust you

Get over him. Move on. If he doesn't believe you then it would have been something else he wouldn't have agreed with you on in the future. He was not the right one.

yea i agree with you..i had a problem like that too..but my bff told my bf (ex) that some guy at school gave me a ring and we kissed..he took her side..and he didn't even like her !! so after begging him he still didn't believe me,so i just left him.but you NEED to talk to him !!
