Yes he was originally suspended for sixty days for his second offense with the Wellness Policy but they just put it on wwe.com, he got released. I'm thinking that Chavo Guererro will be next, he is still out from his suspension and he is not cooperating with WWE. This is so sad, WWE is falling apart.

Yes it's true, after his 60 day suspension began it was being argued this was actually his 3rd and not 2nd time failing the wellness policy. WWE denied it was his 3rd saying the 1st time he was addicted to pain killers and went to rehab so they didn't count the 1st time against him. Either way something happened to release him now.

He have been given suspended, and WWE have been given him off the steroids, yet he did no longer have the dimensions and capability that made him ordinary, so WWE used him as a jobber. The WWE did no longer understand a thank you to apply the masterpiece gimmick when you consider that Chris Masters grew to become into no longer this muscle sure freak he use to be while he grew to become into on the steroids and everybody could desire to wreck out of the masterlock very definitely because of the fact he no longer had the capability to make all and sundry publish. It's possible. After Chris Benoit killed his family then committed suicide. Come to find out he was using illegal drugs. The WWE tested all the athletes and released the ones who failed the drug test.

I did see he got suspended for failing a drug test, him and DH Smith. But did not see that he got released. He is serving a 60 day suspension.
