Check with dental schools in the area. They usually have a clinic staffed by senior students under the direction of a licensed dentist. Their rates are low and flexible.

I don't live in Dallas, but maybe you can check out local dental schools/colleges that provide dental programs.

I know of friends who take a holiday to Indonesia & have very cheap, and very high quality work carried out on their teeth at the same time.........
