Most of the good stuff is by unsigned acts that play the music for the love of it not for the fast cars.
A friends son is in a band (Enjoy Destroy) and I have seen them play with other unsigned acts. All of them knock spots off the stuff in the charts.

UK music scene?
well, in my oppinion i dont like the music in the charts theese days. Its all because of the chavs liking some kind of weird music that is all processed through a computer.
Im 14, but i have a totally different taste in music to the majority of other kids my age, i like rock and old rock, even heavy metal. But you wouldnt think it if you saw me, im not emo or chav, i just be me.
I think the music scene all depends on the majority of the people, and most of the people are chavs, so the music is terrible.
I hate the UK music today, and i prefer american bands :)
but thats just me
