I just brought a small 10 gallon fish tank. I also bought a plastic background sheet to go against the glass. I am having the worst time trying get the thing to go on the glass. It does not peel apart to stick or anything. I know there must be some tricked, but what?

Please leave me instructions on how to place the background in my tank.

Thanks

the best thing that you can do is ever use sellotape to stick to the tank, but the best thing i have found is vaseline.
Spread a thin layer of the vaseline on the back drop then stick it up to the tank, it will dry in about 10minutes and it also dryes clear.
The back drop goes on the outside of the tank!!!

The background gets taped to the outside of the tank. Use double sided tape.

The background sticks to the OUTSIDE of the tank using Blu-Tack or those double sided sticky foam pads.

well
most people just use some scotch tape and tape the edges down to the sides of the tank on the outside

Tape? Vaseline? Water. These things were made to be applied using water. Or has no one else figured this out either? You Just need to wipe the back with a wet sponge, not soaking, just damp, then apply the background and press out all bubbles by starting in the center and sweeping outward.
