It seems to me that this subject is the one that most students need to learn.

I agree; I'd much rather have a brain surgeon with 'common sense' than one with all that there 'book learnin' and experience.

There is no common sense that some people have and others don't - that's why it's "common". People who think they have it and others don't are fooling themselves and almost always are perpetually working class folk (or impoverished) with no formal advanced education.

Now, some people do stupid things. Some people do more stupid things than other people. Some people are just stupid. I'm thinking though that everyone does something stupid at some point...

You're supposed to be learning critical thinking skills over your whole college career. I know I did.

You'd think they would offer it in high school. That's who really needs it.

university is overrated, been there and done that!
