You need to find a common denominator to determine this.
One easy way to do this is to multiply 6/11*10/10, getting 60/110 and multiply 7/10 by 11/11 to get 77/110. 60 is obviously less than 77, so 6/10<7/10

6/11 should give you a decimal and so should 7/10 so just work out which is greater.

All you have to do is cross multplication and the side with the bigger sum is greater
