Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It is not rude, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil, but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always persevers. Love never fails.

Love is many things. It can be extremely diverse and varied for different people, it has so many facets. I don't really think you can define it. Sure, you can put words and phrases to it, but I think human language can lessen love and its many meanings. You can't define the feeling of love exactly the way it is. It's one of the great mysteries of the world.
